Joeri van den Steenhoven

Joeri van den Steenhoven (1971) is co-founder of Knowledgeland, an independent Dutch thinktank based in Amsterdam. Founded in 1999, its mission is to help establish the Netherlands as one of the key regions in the international knowledge economy. KL brings together a network of government, private sector, knowledge institutions and civil society. With this network KL develops public innovation strategies, takes action through projects and supports learning. Joeri van den Steenhoven is an advisor to governments, ngo's and private organisations on strategies that stimulate innovation in the public sector. Next, he has developed and executed several public innovation projects. He is a regularly invited speaker and has published on subjects like innovation, learning, ICT, public sector reform and the knowledge economy.
