Felix is one of Holland's leading independent new media producers. In 2000
he co-founded Submarine, an independent production studio and online network
specialized in documentaries and new media productions. Submarine explores
new and lively forms of visual language and pushes the boundaries of nonfiction
filmmaking. The company works with an extensive international network of the
most innovative and creative storytellers to develop crossmedia formats that
combine the representational richness of film, the immersive quality of television,
with the interactivity and openness of the internet. In the right place, at
the right time Submarine looks for contemporary stories that reflect modern
day society in which the walls that used to separate the arts, media and politics
